Ethiopian Airline which was started as a part of Emperor Halie Selassie I modernisation effort is now the world's 4th largest airline in terms of the number of countries served.

Star Alliance was founded in May 1997, it is one of the world's largest global airline alliances. Headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, currently have 27 member airlines who have over 670 million passengers per year. Class of Travel
Ethiopian Airlines provides two travel classes;
Cloud Nine - Ethiopian Airline Business class provides passengers with ample legroom which allows the recliner to also convert the seat into a full-flat bed.
Economy Class - Guests are provided with seats which have wider space and allow the guest to relax and unwind while onboard. Passengers can also pre-book the meals during reservation or can buy-on-board.

Baggage allowance

Frequent Flyer Programme
Sheba Miles is Ethiopian Airlines's frequent flyer program which allows guests to accumulate miles which can be redeemed for flight tickets, upgrades and other privileges. The membership is in 3 tiers which are upgraded depending on the miles accumulated.

Guests can check-in and pre-book their meal with any special dietary recommendation.

Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 36 hrs to 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
